External expert and interdisciplinary training workshop in Murcia, Spain on the 18th of June 2018 

On the 18th of June 2018, within the frame of the Alice project partnership meeting, a roundtable debate event has been organised with the titel "New challenges for water reuse". The event has been hosted by the Consejería de Agua, Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, Region of Murcia, Plaza Juan XXIII, s/n. 30008.

Three experts in the field from Italy (Prof. Pamela Lattanzi, Universita’ degli studi Macerata), Poland (Dr Piotr Szwedo, Department of International Public Law, Jagiellonian University), and Croatia (Prof. Branko Bosnjakovic, Environmental Management - Faculty of Engineering, University of Rijeka), presented country-specific challenges with respect to agriculture irrigation in Italy, the Water Framework Directive in Poland, and the trend towards a circular economy model in Croatia as conditioned by the energy, food, water nexus in the EU. Prof. Erik Longo from Alice project partner University of Macerata moderated a follow up round-table debate.
